We so often ask,
“Where is God, while so much hate and hurt is in the world?”
Perhaps I will see him the next time I enter the grocery store, and there is a man outside who looks cold and hungry.
And the hungry man who often asks on those cold nights, where are you Lord?
Perhaps he can look for him in the one who enters the grocery store.
There will be a moment in which God bursts into the world as beauty blares brightly in darkness. And only because of the darkness will the beauty be really recognized.
