If you’re like me, when I sit down to try and do my quiet time with God half my time is spent trying to figure out what I want to read, where I was in my journal, and what they heck I should pray about. And I ALWAYS get distracted.
So I made this video to help me do my daily meditation. And maybe it’ll help you too.
It’s only 15 minutes (which is a little easier to squeeze in throughout the day), it has background gray noise (a rainstorm) so you can do put your earbuds in while in a noisy coffee shop, and it talks us through 1)relaxing, 2)repent and forgiveness, 3) prayer list, 4) Bible reading, 5) more prayer, and then 6) establish some takeaways.
